Our summer program is now closed

Pop us an email if you’d like to be notified if we offer this program in the fall.

This interactive 9-lesson program is designed for non-technical Human Resources and Change professionals—strategists and practitioners—who are in the midst of a disrupted workplace.

We’ll provide you with real-world stepping stones for navigating through an altered landscape at work that’s accelerating the future of artificial intelligence, robotics and automation (AIRA).

Invest in your future

  • Gain access every other week to a foundational video lesson for a total of nine lessons—apply your new learning on the job or use it to reposition yourself for future opportunities;

  • Seek answers to your questions in our lesson-specific forums. Build connections in the dedicated communities where you share what you know, discuss what you’ve learned, and get tips on managing and navigating AIRA projects in the workplace. You’ll have a chance to collaborate on team projects using Quip (we’ll even teach you how to use this tool);

  • Once a month you’ll receive an invitation to attend a private “brown bag” webinar where we extend the reach of your training through practical approaches to what’s happening in today’s workplace. We’ll invite practitioners from a variety of industries who are leading AI strategies, managing workplace change, project managing AI implementations, and guiding their organizations through difficult workplace disruption.

Dee McCrorey

I began my training career in the 70s where as a manufacturing trainer in Silicon Valley, I onboarded and trained semiconductor personnel, eventually leading and managing hardware and software programs before overseeing supply chain operations for one of the largest semiconductor companies in the world. Leveraging this practical experience I transitioned into the Organizational Change Management (OCM) field, where I’ve led large, complex initiatives and entrepreneurial projects that in their scrappiness introduced innovative changes to the organization. Since the 80s I’ve mentored and coached professionals on reinventing and transformating their careers. In 2010 I took a year off to research and write “Innovation in a Reinvented World” (2011, John Wiley & Sons, Inc.) where I developed a blueprint for business leaders and professionals on thriving in the new world of business. Seeding Change offers a flexible way for me to continue to help career professionals manage ambiguity in the workplace, while preparing them for the advancement of technologies—AI, robotics and automation—that will disrupt business, their careers, and the workplace well within this decade. As a practicing change consultant and e-Learning SME, I’m preparing to launch an audio documentary later in the fall—A Bridge to AI.
