This interactive 9-lesson program is designed for non-technical Human Resources and Change professionals—strategists and practitioners—who are in the midst of a disrupted workplace.
We’ll provide you with real-world stepping stones for navigating through an altered landscape at work that’s accelerating the future of artificial intelligence, robotics and automation (AIRA).
Gain access every other week to a foundational video lesson for a total of nine lessons—apply your new learning on the job or use it to reposition yourself for future opportunities. You’ll have access to all videos through June 2021;
Seek answers to your questions in our lesson-specific forums. Build connections in the dedicated communities where you share what you know, discuss what you’ve learned, and get tips on managing and navigating AIRA projects in the workplace. You’ll have a chance to collaborate on team projects using Quip (we’ll even teach you how to use this tool);
Once a month (July through December 2020) you’ll receive an invitation to attend a private “brown bag” webinar where we extend the reach of your training through practical approaches to what’s happening in today’s workplace. We’ll invite practitioners from a variety of industries who are leading AI strategies, managing workplace change, project managing AI implementations, and guiding their organizations through difficult workplace disruption.
